Flexible schedule and supportive leadership with employee satisfaction in mind

Extremely flexible schedule with great support from direct leadership and above. Therapist run with emphasis on employee growth and satisfaction. Enjoy the employee engagement events annually where company provides funds for teams to get together and enjoy one another's company outside of work.

Cons

No paid holidays d/t nature of SNF setting and still needing care delivered; however, it's clear leadership makes every effort to approve all PTO when employees want.

Cons

Area Manager is fake and a micromanager No raises Won’t get PRN when caseload is high. Want low frequencies so they can manipulate schedule.
