Where to begin? For starters, you will receive below market pay and zero benefits. This lack of benefits pertains not only to standard fare like healthcare and 401k, but actually to bare minimums like compassion, work training (at least not without yelling), water (yes you read correctly), and personal well-being. The god-owner drives everyone on his chaotic whim. In the morning it may be "A"; in the afternoon it could be "B" . Too often, though, will you face his wrath the next day for not having managed "A" while you were solving "B". Your protestations regarding "B" will fall on deaf ears. He will overpower you with that magnificent voice. The lack of consistent direction will drive you mad. It has for those who left the previous comments. Not a single one remains in his employ. Moreover, it is the extreme lack of respect and professionalism that saps your soul. Every workday is like a visit to the cemetery. Avoid this company at all costs. Many other substitutes exist in the DFW area. You need not debase yourself for him. Oh did I mention the poor pay?
