Pros
- The residents are amazing and make your shift worth it. - Pay is pretty good compared to other care facilities. - A great place to gain experience in direct care.
Cons
- No 401k plan, it would be great if the company adopted a 401k plan for both full time and part-time employees. - Lots of paperwork, wish they switched everything to computer or at least some of the paperwork to computer based. - No room for growth or encouragement to be better. -
