      There aren't too many pros, perhaps the only one is that the work is easy, but it is boring.

      Cons

      Work is boring and tedious and pay is low, there is no growth if you stay. You will learn everything there is to learn about your role in a month. Promotion process is slow and not guaranteed, it is more likely that you will be doing more work for the same pay.
