Great if this is your only option and you need a paycheck while looking for another job.

Cons

The most unprofessional, unorganized, chaotic, and unfocused company I've ever worked for. They lack any leadership, lead by what feels right vs what strategically makes sense. This business model led to a lack of vision for the firm, lack of focus... resulting in high turnover, low customer satisfaction and poor marketplace reputation.
