      Pros

      One of the things I’ve really appreciated is the sense of teamwork here. Everyone is genuinely supportive, and there’s a great emphasis on helping each other succeed. Whether it’s through cross-functional collaboration or just lending a hand when someone is swamped, the team dynamic is one of the best I’ve encountered in my career.

      Cons

      I believe that increasing the representation of women in leadership positions would not only help to balance perspectives but also empower more employees to grow into these roles in the future. It’s a challenging but important step as the company continues to scale.
