      Pros

      Some people are nice to work with but it's not the norm

      Cons

      They only hire cheap people so if you want to do a decent job, you'll end up doing most of it because the person they hired to help you will do nothing. They continuously say they will promote you (monthly) but never do. Waiting for two years and still have not been promoted. Leadership team lacks emotional intelligence. No benefits. Zero. Pay is also quite low.

      Pros

      From the management to co-workers, the people at Inboundfintech were I real pleasure to work with. It makes a big difference working in a supportive and friendly environment. Also, the flexible time-schedule allowed me to have a good life-work balance. I had the pleasure of working on a variety of projects which made the day-to-day stimulating and fun.

      Cons

      As with every remote-first business, maintaining clear and timely communication can be tricky but as tools and processes evolve, this will become easier over time.

      Pros

      You get to finish early on a Friday, but not without being made to feel guilty about taking it. Nothing else good to say!

      Cons

      I was disgusted by the way the founders talked about staff in meetings. I witnessed bullying and discrimination regularly and was expected to do their dirty work by disciplining staff for having (work-related) mental health issues, for example. I was threatened with the sack on numerous occasions, then they were surprised when I left! Completely delusional.
