      Pros

      Each year you can celebrate inatech day in different locations. Best is you can get beers in office if they get good client for their product. You will get allowances for petrol 2nd and nite shifts

      Cons

      No projecst for oracle. Good scope for product development.

      Pros

      Depending on your manager you may have flexible timings and even take leave as much as you want.

      Cons

      Too much politics at the manager level and if you are nicely pamper him, you can be having good time. Not a good place to learn technology or domains. No SW process followed

      1. Competitive salary package 2. Flexible Timings and Work from home options are allowed with the manager’s approval. 3. Good respect & employee benefits 4. Trust on employees

      Cons

      1. Learning & training Cycles to be increased on the business and Technology. 2. The work culture must be dynamic enough for youngsters who are ambitious 3. Work might get pretty monotonous at times, not challenging always.
