      Working remotely full-time with limited interaction to other collegues can be daunting at times.

      Pros

      Awesome team to work with. Management has a real open door policy. Everyone is very accessible even in crunch time. Throughout the growth, the company has kept that family feel. Important to keep that up even as we get bigger. So far so good! The hours are flexible, working from home when needed is allowed. Priority number 1 is getting the job done, not implementing rules for the sake of having rules.

      Cons

      The hours do get long on these projects so finishing projects does take away from your personal time. But it's time well spent as the work is recognized and appreciated.
