Pros

My colleagues who also are miserable and feel stuck in their positions are amazing people. It's like we all are going through hell together so we are close.

Cons

Management is hateful, spiteful, condescending. It really is a good ol boy company and you will get 1% raises while the company tells you all year long how phenomenal they are doing. The company can afford to put everything employee in a nice hotel room for a week for these rediculous long meetings twice a year but can't afford to compensate employees how they should be paid. It is so odd how everybody is expected to sit like they are happy during these meetings but the truth is everybody is absolutely miserable and do not want to work here. It's like Office Space. But worse. If you see thinking about working here you better think real hard. They give you salary position and then make you work 50-60 hours consistently without compensation. They cheated me out of so many hours of pay this way! Don't let them do this to you!

Pros

Potential to create change in healthcare industry.

Cons

InTouch Health lacks the focus to be successful; big egos cause consistent conflict across teams. There is a significant lack of leadership and enthusiasm. This proliferates a poor culture which is deepened by the inexperienced & untrustworthy HR team. In general, they compensate poorly and have a dated, boys-club mindset.

Pros

- wonderful, passionate and dedicated employees - fulfilling job (you know you are literally saving lives by working at this company) - pretty good benefits (dental, vision, medical, PTO + holidays, discounted gym membership) - gorgeous HQ office in Goleta/SB area - CEO is genuinely a great person and is very passionate about the company

Cons

- a lot of focus on revenue and not on employees - HUGE turnover rate, even for executives (makes it hard to have any consistency when employees get pushed to different supervisors almost every year) - they expect way more than 40 hours a week of work - no free snacks/lunches, just water and horrid coffee - under the market salaries (they even admit this to their employees and candidates) - a lot of micromanaging at the executive level - almost to an offensive point - very low company culture, not huge turnouts at company events
