The executives are a complete and utter joke. They know nothing about the hair industry and are sexist men who do nothing but berate and belittle the remaining women in the company. There is no HR department so don’t even think about filing a complaint because it will fall on deaf ears and whispered to surrounding team members eventually getting back to you. The owners that were once hands on have seemly disappeared and faded into the background. Never to be seen again. The company is loosing money just as fast as employees. Don’t work here if ever the opportunity presents itself. The men talk a good game but once you’re foot is in the door you will quickly see you’ve made a horrible mistake. They cut the all salaries and moved to a 4 day work schedule but still require you to work 5 days. Nonsense!

New leadership is lacking strategy and communication. No review process or raise consideration
