Pros

It was 15.50 an hour to work independently with individuals who have autism. You assisted them in reaching goals for every month and you could take them places, get some experience in the community. So it could be a good time if you were interested in a job like this.

Cons

Non profit, so taxes were not taken out on your paychecks. Fees for the organization were taken out. My taxes this year were outrageous, I had to pay so much in federal taxes. They don’t warn you about this before you start the job. Also, I had to deal with a lot of family drama which was not apart of my job description. Be careful who you work for.
