Pros

There aren't any, trying to be balanced about this companies approach to people is hard.

Cons

There is a systematic approach to bullying people here, its cold and its brutal, people are singled out and mercilessly targeted, they are openly mocked and mocked behind their back. The reviews are accurate, people past and present detest this company and looking at the staff turnover, they leave quickly. The hire and fire process, is like a revolving door, people in, people out, good people will not tolerate being abused. If you have nothing and are about to lose everything, maybe think of accepting a role, but you are better than this company.

Thanks for taking the time to review InPost on Glassdoor. We always try to seek regular feedback both formally and informally from current, former and even prospective employees about InPost as this gives us a great opportunity to better understand what it's like to work here. As a current employee we're concerned that you feel this way, we take accusations of bullying very seriously and encourage you to raise this via a relevant executive team member or with a HR team member at the soonest opportunity so this can be dealt with under our Bullying and Harassment policy. Behaviour as you describe will not be tolerated and saddens us to see feedback such as this. With regards to a drinking culture, since being able to come together face to face for the first time earlier this summer, we have held various social events to build bonds across teams, especially as many of our team members joined virtually. We also encourage other social groups based on employee interests such as our book club and bake off group. Finally, whist we ask employees to share their views on Glassdoor, we are clear they share open and honest accounts of their experience of working at InPost. We take all feedback seriously so thank you for taking the time to share your views with us.
