Pros

- You are provided with a company phone and laptop. - Can provide telehealth supervision if approved.

Cons

- Minimum billable requirements change and can be anywhere from 25-30 per week. (COVID or BCBA's leaving the company is often used as a reason to increase the billable requirement) - Large caseloads ranging from 22-26 clients, unmanageable workload. - Lack of support from upper management, will listen to employees needs but will not act on them. - You are required to do much more than what your job description entails - Pay is low compared to other ABA companies - Environment is very "cliquey"

Pros

Incredibly kind, intelligent and passionate, down to earth owners and staff. Make you feel very welcome to the team your first day and in an ongoing basis. They really care about their staff and seek to make it feel like family. Really there for the people they're serving!

Cons

Not all staff members/therapists will thrive with the same amount of training, and it can sometimes take some persistence and/or patience to get the training you need. While there is paperwork and factors beyond the companies control, it can be really hard financially when you're told you're going to have a certain number of clients/hours by a certain date, then it ends up being weeks or months later before you actually have those hours. Maybe just lower expectations would be helpful. As a therapist, it can be an challenging or an adjustment not seeing any co-workers except for when your supervisor comes to visit or the time each week or two when there are group meetings.

Pros

Supportive, collaborative, ethical, transparent, compassionate employer and service provider

Cons

Spread thin, and the ABA field in general is struggling with providing the level of services each patient needs, staff turnover is extremely difficult
