- good salaries (but awful for juniors) - quite modern tech stack - colleagues always willing to help - rapid career growth

- chaos everywhere: decision making, work flow, system design, priorities - AI obsession - constant rush - low quality product - absence of system analysts in principle - too many tools, especially for documentation - a lot of legacy code - the new code immediately turns into legacy, due to the lack of seniors - team leads are chronically stressed - seniors and leads are fleeing
