A startup culture that allows employees to take initiative and grow the company through their own strengths. It's very much a tight-knit team that supports one another and shares insights on a daily basis. You can really see your contribution pay off with clients. The hybrid environment allows you to have those in-person team meetings and also to focus on deep work remotely. The pay/benefits are competitive.
Cons
If you want a large corporate structure, this probably isn't the place for you.
