Freedom, very bright colleagues, mostly informal hierarchy, openness and adaptable. You can do what you want and will be supported in following your professional passion as long as your personal KPIs are ok.

Cons

A liberal dream with minimal standard processes. This provides a large degree of freedom but also means that a lot of networking is required to make things happen. It’s a somewhat difficult place to succeed for introverts.

- Smart people with high EQ and IQ - Nordic values and attention to WLB - High bonus comp. - Good reputation in Nordics

Cons

- Less structure can be chaotic - Growing fast = Risk of compromising quality of new hires - No up or out is good, but the risk is that consultants become too comfortable and do not take the time necessary to deliver premium quality
