OK company to work for once they start growing again.

Pros

Impartner did not micro manage as an organization. They attempted to try to take care of their clients and had their staff dedicate lots of time to understanding and satisfying their needs.

Cons

I was not cross trained in othe skills and put into a product that was not central to the business. In 2024 they had 3 rounds of layoffs.

The last performance review cycle that included raises occurred more than two years ago, and leadership has indicated that not all employees will receive raises in 2026. Compensation growth has been limited in recent years. The company has had several rounds of layoffs over the past few years, resulting in a double-digit reduction in staff. The most recent round was over a year ago. Remaining teams have absorbed additional responsibilities, affecting workload balance and morale.

That company felt like it was run by leaders of the Mormon church . Not to mention some very MAGA fans. Wondering how many are on or related to Epstein files. Company keeps operating like someone is going to buy them out f make very short sighted decisions, prematurely release products, and expect sales to sell prm like it’s the only thing on the market. No one cares if Impartner pioneered prm. If it’s cheaper faster and less complicated elsewhere, companies will start there.
