We’re glad to see positive mention of team relationships, as those day‑to‑day interactions are an important part of the experience. At the same time, feedback related to benefits and compensation is also recognized. Over the past year, there have been several changes aimed at addressing some of these areas. At the start of the year, the company absorbed a significant increase in healthcare costs rather than passing that increase on to employees. We also introduced a structured annual review process, followed by a compensation planning approach that takes into account both individual performance and overall business results.
