Pros

The food is decent, but that is about it.

Cons

The new woman brought in to lead the company’s New York operations has completely changed the culture, and not for the better. She doesn’t lead, coach, or train. She just gives orders and expects everyone to figure it out. Questions are met with impatience instead of guidance, making it difficult for anyone to succeed. She acts like she’s far more important than everyone else, but effective leaders build people up instead of talking down to them.

Pros

The only benefit here is probably the hourly salary range.

Cons

The work and the management is horrible. Racism and politics is at peak here. Toxic work environment with biased favoritism. Food here is provided at 50% discounted price even for the employees; and still ends up being expensive.
