Pros

There were no pros to working here

Cons

I was hired as an administrator to open a new location in south Florida. I left a high paying position because my degree was in Healthcare Administration and I wanted to secure this location and get it functioning successfully because that was in my wheel house. I came in to a bare and empty office space. I was repeatedly told that furnishings and set ups would be arriving shortly. Before I was trained, given secure or encrypted access or the location was even cleared by the county fire department to operate they started SEEING AND BILLING PATIENTS. Giving MRIs to patients and collecting payment before they even had the office set up or were cleared by the county. When I voiced concern I was immediately fired via text message right before the holidays. Worse professional experience I have ever encountered. The location never made it to functioning and they eventually closed up shop a couple of months later. Complete joke and waste of my time.

Pros

There's hardly any management so you do what you want whether that be good or bad.

Cons

There's so many cons I don't know where to start. The VPs, nor the president have any background in MRI so they don't know how to run a MRI center period. They are money hungry and only care about you hitting a goal of pts that can vary from like 16 to 22 scans a day just for you to do alone. You do not get a lunch break, you either eat while you scan or don't eat at all and that includes on 12 hour shifts, no breaks at all unless a pt doesn't show up and if they don't have you double booked. They don't pay alot of the people that they do business with so they keep having to change up suppliers. The actual employees haven't had any problems getting paid as far as I know though. Techs are all paid differently and are told not to discuss pay. Most scanners have something wrong with them and need maintenance fairly often. If a patient is 2 hours late you are still expected to scan them no matter how far behind it gets you because again. Money. Hungry. The time slots aren't even the whole time a scan takes so you're almost always behind and no one cares or is there to help you. If you really need the money tough it out. But if you're a seasoned tech who doesn't put up with BS this is not the place for you. Multiple people feels like this company is shady.
