ImageKit values not just work but life too. They offer ample benefits to 'pursue personal interests' and encourage you to 'take up courses' within your domain to upskill alongside your role. 4. Feedback is timely and constructive, whether it’s from your manager or even the Founders 5. While it’s subtly evident, the company ensures you’re compensated well for your contributions and efforts.

Cons

As a growing startup, there’s always a need to put in timely efforts and adapt to evolving priorities. While this keeps things exciting and dynamic, it’s something to be mindful of if you’re used to a more structured environment. In hindsight, processes remain smooth regardless :)
