I've had a great experience working at IST. The people are supportive, collaborative, and genuinely willing to help each other succeed. Teamwork is a big part of the culture, and it's refreshing to work alongside colleagues who are both knowledgeable and approachable. The positive work environment and strong relationships among employees make IST an enjoyable place to work. I appreciate being part of a team that values communication, professionalism, and mutual support.

This company posts job opportunities anonymously under a different company's linkedin page, wastes people's time by interviewing them, ghost them for weeks, then post the same job opportunity a month later. The pay they offer is below market value and there are no perks and very little benefits. They are poor at communicating, but ironically very active on this platform.
