"The career opportunities are advertised as open for all, in reality is just for Russians" ((in 4 reviews)); "if you are looking for a stable job this company is not for you the job is super stressful with not enough pauses during the day never actually listens to their employees complaints ( they dont even like to use the word’ employee’ ) you will just be a disposable contractor and they can fire you at anytime depending on the workload, either you get fired if its low or get overworked if its high, no paid holidays or sick leaves they would even ask you to look for someone to replace you if you get sick No benefits at all + the salary is low, you get constantly reminded that you are not an official employee and the list is long In conclusion, they exploit their customer support agents 24/7 so dont join them unless you really need the money and you dont have any other option I would probably get a reply that they are sorry to hear that and they would appreciate the feedback bla bla but they don’t, they never tried to make any changes or improvements for their CS agents" ((in 3 reviews))
