      Your voice is heard, you are a member of a team that has one goal in common, success! even though there is a company hierarchy, you can speak up, you will be heard

      nothing comes to mind. except that someties you will have to make some work around in the UI to get the front end app working since the back end was developed for a windows app. this will change when the backend team expands
