      There are no pros here.

      Cons

      There are too many to mention. Toxic environment to work in. Management is very crude and does not support employees at all. No appreciation for anything that was done correctly, but if there is a slight error, will go above and beyond to highlight it. They delay salary payments. No other benefits or incentives. HR is a joke and is completely attached to the upper management.

      Pros

      IOTAP solves a very important problem with its Work 365 application. Its a challenging environment with the continuous change in the Industry. There is a lot to learn and its Work 365 application is a leading solution for many in the IT industry.

      Cons

      Customers needs are growing. The team needs to Grow, and there are time zone challenges with customers and employees around the world!

      Tremendous Opportunity for Professional Growth

      Pros

      I have been working for Iotap for about 2 years now. My starting position was a sales person selling the SaaS application Work 365 which automates billing processes for businesses. Since then I have had countless opportunities to develop my skills in areas such as sales, customer success, support, and consulting. I have had great opportunities to change positions in order to better align myself with the company based on my career goals in a way that helps the organization continue to achieve it's mission. I like to be challenged in my work, and there is always something new and interesting to learn at Iotap. Also, working 100% remotely is a nice bonus!

      Cons

      When I started, the team I joined was fairly small so wearing multiple hats is to be expected. Over the last two years Iotap has grown significantly, and even with the recent Covid pandemic the growth is accelerating. At times this means having to go the extra mile to ensure things like the customer experience on various fronts are being maintained while new members join the team to begin relieving some of that pressure.
