Some great projects and opportunities in the past. Had opportunity to work with some great people in the past. Exposure to resources sector

Cons

Financial constraints. Short term focus with moves by board to sell asap to buyer, comes with cutting cost and reducing investment in teams. A lot of the good people have left, lots of pressure on remaining team members. Exec with no experience and no values, lots of low integrity behaviour and no empathy for staff, exampled in statements like “everyone is replaceable”. Overall creates a very negative culture. Avoid unless desperate.
