Pros

Great people, much fun visiting various cities and countries (though if you don't like flying, don't go for it - you do spend a lot of time traveling by air), exceptional product, management with vision and purpose.

Cons

Exhausting travel schedule for which you need real stamina. Not much life/work balance - somehow you become available 24/7, with phone almost glued to your ear. No promotion opportunities in some positions.

Pros

If you are an older while male, or know how to flatter these guys and ignore how they treat women, you will succeed at INTO. No talent, hard work, or other skill required.

Cons

There is an unspoken understanding at INTO. Older white men will always be in charge. Younger and/or attractive women will be sexually harassed, directly propositioned for affairs, forced to over drink, with their talents, hard work and skill dismissed, and their promotions overlooked. It's surprising that with the #Metoo movement, no former or current female employees have come out publicly about what happens at INTO. Meanwhile, older women in senior leadership positions are well-aware of this, pretend it's all in good fun and sometimes even blame the victim. It's time for the few women in senior leadership positions (literally only 5 women out of hundreds of employees) to help bring forward a change by supporting other women in the organisation and start speaking out. #TimesUp

We are surprised and concerned by the comments made in this post, which do not reflect the culture we recognise and foster at INTO. We have conducted three anonymous employee surveys in the past 18 months, as you suggest, but not heard feedback like this. We would welcome any other feedback or details about the matters raised or any related matters, so we could more fully evaluate the situation. We have in place a Speak Up/Whistleblowing Policy which describes the process for bringing such matters to our attention so that we can investigate accordingly. We strongly encourage you or any other employee, current or former, or any other individual who has dealings with INTO, to avail themselves of this process, which can be found on our Company intranet or corporate website here https://intoglobal.com/media/384177/speak-up-policy-january-2018-final.pdf. Current employees may use their local complaint/grievance procedure, as outlined in their employee handbook instead, if they prefer to do so. Thank you.
