    Pros

Great place to work. Loved the small office feel and lots of room for growth. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new opportunity.

    Cons

Large company feel. Can get lost as it's a small office in a much larger organization that is centrally focused on its USA offices.

    Advice to Management

Salaries not very competitive so hard to keep employees in the long run. Need to find a way to keep clinical staff engaged.

    Pros

as a lab technician working there wasn't tough. Schedule was flexible. I could work and study at the same time.

    Cons

There wasn't organised. Training wasn't good and teem leeds were not able to make a friendly work environment for us. All new techs were nervous and uncomfortable.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more precise and accurate. There wasn't any encouragement and support for employees.

    Pros

Amazing co-workers. Only some are fair and only a few are friendly.

    Cons

A lot of hierarchy and higher management really steps on a lot of people below them. A lot of gossiping behind each others backs.

    Advice to Management

    Be fair
