Parent company offers an endless number of benefits packages that are incomparable in their generosity. In addition to being nominally egalitarian and somewhat socially (culturally) progressive, its parent company has fostered a relatively "edgy" corporate image. New York attitude.
Cons
Some people will do just about anything for a great benefits package. Conflicting corporate cultures create cubicle combat. It's the miscellaneous bucket for digital acquisitions. New York attitude.
