      Pros

      Hybrid WFH, small team with a great manager, my position doesn't require me to be on the phone with clients.

      Cons

      stocks, benefits, bonuses, and limited sick time of 5 days a year. Kept the small-business employee packages after our business was acquired, while the corporate expectations increasingly do not match salaries and benefits.
