Toronto QA team - worst

Pros

Easy interview and very less work.

Cons

Please stop believing Free lunches and booze will retain employees. High turn over is because all those Junior employees does not know anything. No training and literally no work load makes employees very idle and lazy. All those Junior QA analysts, please try to learn some QA automation.

Toronto Office - Mediocre at best

Pros

Toronto office - They are trying to focus on building a strong culture but mistake free lunches and booze with reason people want to stay and perform. Overall, very few clients and little understanding of how to run a business that both employee and clients want to engage with in a long-term relationship

Cons

Toronto Office: - Little current business - no understanding of business development, pitch anything - no strategy/planning - limited account management capability - Too many junior staff with no training - 35% turnover

Pros

Some decent people in pockets but most are gone now.... Some good clients, ICF's overall mission sounds nice

Cons

-People in leadership roles make wayyy too much money while they give less than cost of living increases to people who are actually doing the client work and driving revenue working 60+ hours a week. - Lost leadership team, John Wasson needs to clean house or sell off ICF Next, its dead weight. -No career paths, they claim that there is lots of room for growth but they would rather hire from the outside than promote from within or actually listen to their people to retain them. When they do promote they promote to a position of incompetence and favoritism. - The ICF Next ELT is barely keeping it together and demote good leaders to shuffle the pieces every few months, where is HR with the voice of reason? Probably silenced just like everyone else or simply doesn't care ( which is a likely story) - False promises, it's a dog and pony show. Don't be fooled.
