Hytera Pros/Cons

Pros

It's a paycheck. For the most part, everyone is friendly and it's a decent work environment. Yearly raises if you get one, are very low if you are lucky enough to have gotten one. The company is somewhat generous about yearly bonuses to the few who are lucky enough to get one.

Cons

The company continuously hires and let's people go and if you are one of the ones still here, you inherit the jobs of the people who were let go on top of your already inundated job tasks. Don't ask for the company to buy something such as a chair, you'll have to keep your old ripped up dilapidated chair. The company does not spend any money unless they have to.
