      * Had good leadership prior to the new CEO.

      Cons

      * Company led by individual who didn't bother to understand the culture and the business before making commitments to executive management. Sales people are on contract whereas everyone else is an employee. Sales people are expendable whereas employees can't be appropriately managed due to union.

      The salary good. I've spoken to multiple full time employee there and they enjoyed the work life balance very much

      Cons

      Many of the engineers feel that they are being underutilized. Most of the work they perform on a daily basis do not require an engineering degree at all
