    Pros

Everyone here was helpful and was ready to answer any questions that I had.

    Cons

My manager was a little uptight. He was passive aggressive and was not liked by people on the team. Other than that it was great

The overall experience is fairly positive, I wish there were more chances for interns to develop

    Pros

    1) Teleprotection team under Telecom division is one of the more busier team. I would say as long as the interns are willing to work, senior engineers/specialists are willing to hand over projects to be done 2) Higher pay compared to other electrical companies for intern

    Cons

    1) People don't really mentor you and they somewhat expect you to learn everything by yourself 2) Don't be afraid to ask, because if you don't your coworkers will just assume you understand how everything works 3)If you're overloaded with work, please do say so to coworkers who keep on feeding you work, or else they will continue to do so and assume you have nothing on hand

    Cons

After you finish co-op, it might be hard to go back there after you graduate since a lot of hirings are internal.

The salary good. I've spoken to multiple full time employee there and they enjoyed the work life balance very much

    Cons

Many of the engineers feel that they are being underutilized. Most of the work they perform on a daily basis do not require an engineering degree at all
