      Often they put more pressure on the new hires which makes it difficult.

      Cons

      Sometimes, they do have extra working hours opportunity.

      Pros

      HySafe is a company that is dedicated strongly to saving the lives of those construction workers who are constantly working at heights. It's a great company with great values and leadership. Thinking of reaching out, trust me, you won't regret it 😉

      Cons

      I guess I would have to say leadership training. Trusting the employees more by allowing and respecting decisions made to help benefit the company.
