Pros

HySafe is a company that is dedicated strongly to saving the lives of those construction workers who are constantly working at heights. It's a great company with great values and leadership. Thinking of reaching out, trust me, you won't regret it 😉

Cons

I guess I would have to say leadership training. Trusting the employees more by allowing and respecting decisions made to help benefit the company.

Pros

I am given the tools to conduct my work effectively, but also given the time to utilize my brain to figure out tasks that need to be completed. I love learning and organization, so this position is perfect for me. I get excited when I can make work flow easier, not just for me, but for others either currently employed there or future employees - that is always the goal of any position, right? I read a previous review (which was older) and I know that Americans generally feel a sense of entitlement. Usually this falsified feeling is an emotion triggered out of ignorance and a lack of accounting for their outcome in life or work performance/relations. Im am not criticizing in any way since I used to feel very entitled for no apparent reason, and this feeling only caused my demise in the past. It is always easier to blame others, including your employeer, but once you take accountability for yourself, you start making solutions, which will eventually dissolve the negative emotions associated with former employeers and Co Workers. Environment plays a huge part in any development, including work, but ultimately, an employee determines the outcome of their own success.

Cons

I do not have any cons. I guess my only con for all work places is not allowing your cats to the office. I fully understand that they would be distracting and probably quite smelly, so this is truly not even a con; however Glassdoor has a 20 word minimum in this con section, so I was forced to comment with a bunch of nonsense.
