Business outlook
Pros
The company felt confused and lacked focus for a while. Nudges have so much potential and it’s exciting to start to see that come true through the product, but we are also diversifying the product so there’s lots to build and learn. New leadership has brought clear direction and focus which was desperately needed and great to see. Mostly fantastic people here who want to do good.
Cons
Changes are the right ones but may be too late given how much time was wasted in the past. Some people are angry and distracted about layoffs and return to 5 day workweek but that’s expected.
