Leadership is approachable, and there is a real willingness to listen to feedback. - Compensation and benefits are competitive and generally aligned with effort and results. Hard work is appreciated. - Decisions are made quickly. While not every decision is perfect, the company is willing to adapt and pivot when data or outcomes suggest a different path. - Teammates are collaborative and supportive. Many employees genuinely care about helping each other succeed.
