      Receive varied experience with clients.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, excessive client load that continues to increase, no boundaries, bullying, incompetent management, musical chairs of roles, frequent quitting-in all areas of staff, dysfunctional, promotes negative behaviors and communication amongst staff, oversteps, poor training, lack of onboarding, punitive.

      Pros

      HDC has a focused mission of providing the best services to their clients. As an employee, I am proud to be a part of the drive to better the lives of individuals within my community through supportive, comprehensive mental health services.

      Cons

      NonProfit funding can be hard to find, but HDC does a great job searching out the support it needs.

      Pros

      It's nice knowing that your hard work is bettering the community as a whole.

      Cons

      As a nonprofit there is never enough money to pay providers what they are worth and as such we lose many good providers to private care.
