Pros
Very friendly environment. Good exposure to different technologies. Encouragement to explore new technologies. Friendly and very approachable senior management. Office at good location, nice ambiance. Good work life balance, as no boundations.
Cons
It's a startup, that's the only thing. But it has it's own benefits, as no hassle of unnecessary processes.
