- No hierarchy (no KPIs/performance reviews/bureaucracy) - Culture of openness : you can talk about anything to anyone - Kind and caring leadership team

Cons

- Working fully remote can be isolating - You have to self-motivate because nobody is breathing down your neck - There's so much going on that it can be hard to stay focused on a small(er) number of projects

Hugging Face had the worst work environment I've ever worked in. - the culture of the company is "blaming first, talk later". - there is no teamwork, and people are afraid to ask anything. - firm hierarchy, stronger than in a corporation - terrible communication - a disastrous management team, completely lack of respect and soft skills I had a feedback session and I was told they were very happy with my work. Two weeks later, out of nowhere, they fired me (not even in person) for no reason. I had to talk with a therapist to get over it. I cannot recommend working for this company to anyone.
