Fast paced environment with a smart, fun group. Great product. Great customers. All in all an enjoyable place to work.
Cons
Doesn't have all of the employee benefits that you may see at a larger org, but this is constantly being improved.

Pros
Working at HubBox is a breath of fresh air. A really intelligent and compassionate team working hard to make their product best in class. A ton of transparency across the org, and open dialogue where your voice is always heard. Top performers at every position makes you really feel like you're on an A team, with all the benefits of working for a startup.
Cons
Like all small startups there are growing pains, but management truly cares and do everything they can to address issues.
