Pros

There was a lot of Autonomy in my role. I was able to come up with projects myself and my team helped execute my ideas. The pay is good starting out but this place definitely helps you build your resume. Great place to work if you just graduated college.

Cons

It was really hard to negotiate salary since it is based on the funding that is approved yearly.
