- Benefits - Equity Task Force - Self Care Committee - Independent Development programs - Truly helps clients in any way possible which is admirable -Co-workers are very kind and they hire good people (not management) -Internal hiring and promotions
Cons
- A fake "family" feel - Management corruption despite ETF - I started to compile evidence as to how I was treated unfairly and was fired subsequently before I could finish compiling all the evidence - Management does not care for their workers as much as they say they do - Extremely disappointing work-life balance measures - Lots of fake happy people who are afraid to express how unhappy they are with the management
