The environment is fun but unprofessional and unpredictable
Cons
-bonus are all based on sales and they never reach sales goals. The whole sale team quits consistently -raises hardly happen because they're tight on money - they fire everyone because they re tight on money - they discriminate when hiring and interviewing based on race and body weight - extremely unorganized and doesn't seem to be moving in a great direction as someone who has worked here for years -rebranded again because of the reputation
