      Flexible WFH Management relationships was always great -Very well compensated for the job, cheapest on the market with the best product Rapidly growing & rewards staff who deserve it Great people in the office for the most part

      Lack of benefits which can be expected at a smaller company No real room to progress also expected due to the size

      Pros

      The only good thing in that company is a van that can be used for private purposes.

      Cons

      Big workloads and travellings all around Dublin and surrounding areas. Extremely poor scheduling team. Unrealistic targets and piece rates for upsold units. Loads of stress. You will be often asked how many sensors did you sold, etc. So many things needs to be sorted within senior management to make field job more enjoyable with less stress.
