They have significant benefits, and you get a lot of time off.

Cons

This company is very biased, and they only promote who they like. If you speak out about injustice, you will never be promoted. They will tell you to do a dozen interviews, and if the manager of the department doesn't like you, you will never get the position you were interviewed for, This company doesn't recognize if you are qualified they will rather give someone that is less qualified the position than who is capable to do the job.
