Nice Environment but High Pressure Job

Work environment and people are nice. Good incentive scheme.

Cons

Only 12 leaves alloted per year. Saturday and Sundays are very hectic as you have to travel to distant sites. Incentives are good but take a huge amount of time to get credited(roughly around 8 months to 1 year). Salaries were mostly on time till the pandemic After pandemic, the company left the employees on there own. No support from management then

There is opportunity for business but lack of experience and inexperienced HR handling ends up giving huge attrition rate.

Cons

Horrible policies. No work life balance. You will be treated like a slave.

FANM is great place to learn and grow both together. Learning, learning & learning!! Very good learning I have got from this company. Managers are really supportive. Team is very energetic. Awards & rewards are planned for our motivation. Overall I am happy with my work here.

Cons

Work pressure is there in sales but it is most challenging and interesting job with good monetary benefits.
