Pros
Work environment and people are nice. Good incentive scheme.
Cons
Only 12 leaves alloted per year. Saturday and Sundays are very hectic as you have to travel to distant sites. Incentives are good but take a huge amount of time to get credited(roughly around 8 months to 1 year). Salaries were mostly on time till the pandemic After pandemic, the company left the employees on there own. No support from management then
